Great, accepting autists in the workplace would be so much more effective than those normalcy "treatments". There's a really cool danish company called "Specialisterne" who tailor workplaces for autists rather than non-autistic people, so autistic people can use their strengths(which tend to be unusual) in their work, and it's really successfull too!

I still have trouble comprehending what austism is, the doctors diagnosed me as autistic when i was 2-3 years old but i appear of a normal person who dont have a disability.

thank you for making it work for him. That is how it works, one person to work at at time. If we could only get other states to see the light. I support a guy that only wants to work 4 hours a week and Florida will only give him one hour of job coaching!

I am autistic and I'm currently adressing a problem where a Neurotypical person is trying to bully me at work but I won't have any of their shit. I've aleady told them to control their temper and my manager who has to act (UK law). So it's not just Aspies/Auties who have aggressive outbursts. We just have to be better than the NT's but it's never going to be appreciated: Bugger off, Tanja!
